The Education
Service Network Parent University
Program was established in 1994 to
provide parent education services in
Grundy, Kendall, and Will counties. As a
result of changes in funding
requirements, the program is now
narrowly focused on at-risk families

Community Even Start
The Even Start Family Literacy Program
is a federal grant program serving
families of children age birth to grade
3. This free educational program is for
low-income families and is designed to
raise academic achievement among the
children as well as the literacy ability
of their parents. The goal of the
program is to break the cycle of poverty

Jump Start
Program
The Jump Start Program is a parental
training and enrichment program offered
in Grundy and Will counties. This free
program offers education and support
services to families until their child
enters kindergarten, usually age
